      Are there examples of what is classified as "Other forms of paid time off (PTO)" within the DEI Assessment?

      Below are examples of the types of leave employers have entered under question 12 of the Flexible Working Standard.

      • Life leave
      • Mental health day(s)
      • Nine day fortnight
      • Half days on Fridays during the summer months
      • Birthday day off
      • Flexible vacation: vacation that follows the school calendar with priority for those days if you're on a team where you need to request days off
      • Emergency services leave (i.e. Army Reserve or SES volunteers)
      • Getting married leave
