What questions are the minimum requirements to launch the page?

A lack of an answer will be evident on the profile page because the metric will always be shown greyed out. Our system will show hidden answers (toggle to hide) as an empty metric and appear as the absence of that benefit or policy.

It is in your best interest to answer as many questions as possible to showcase your profile. You don’t have to answer every question, but the more you answer the more your organization will stand out.

If questions are left unanswered, our system will assume the absence of that benefit or policy. A lack of an answer will be evident on the profile page because the metric will always be shown greyed out.

If there are answers that you don't want to appear on your profile page, you can still fill them in and use the toggle button to 'hide' them. This means we'll know your profile is complete, but your answer will not be shown on your profile page.

IMPORTANT: Similar to not answering a question, our system will show it as an empty metric and appear as the absence of that benefit or policy as well as ranking on Top employer.
