# What is considered senior leadership?

You can use any definition that makes sense for your organisation, however when mapping data from WGEA we consider the following roles to be senior leadership:

- CEO or equivalent
- General managers
- Key management personnel
- Head of business
- Overseas manager
- Senior manager
